How can I get a job in Google?

After watching a video named Inside Google, I am desperate to join Google now but the question is how??? I even don't know any programming language very well. I really want to know how can I apply for a job at Google and what I should for the same. I know that its not a cup of tea, each and every tech Guy like wants to work at Google. But one question always hurts me that Is it too difficult to get a job at Google? I don't think so, at least I know that preparing for that and hard work is needed for that but in what way that's the question. I know that everyone try hard for that but some get successful, I want to know that what they do or had done in order to get job at Google, Please help me out..I really want to join Google.

Yes that right everyone wanta job at Google but let's see how hard is it.

1) Google is on the first rank to get job application in the world.
2) Google get around 20,000 job applications every week.
3) There are in total 3 stages of getting job at google which consists of coding test, logic test and telephonic interview.

But there is nothing imposssible So, this are some suggestions that can help you out to crack Google.
1) Learn a OOP language ( Python, go etc)
2) Learn Data Structures ( It is the most important part of Google)
3) Do PhD ( this is most possible reason to get job in Google) ].
4) One other thing if you have good leadership skills than google will may be intersted in you ( example : Sundar Pichai )
